MIKE DUNLAP TRANSITION DEFENSE

What you do on offense- offensive balance Triangle, 1 at the free throw line, 1 at ½ court
Shooter should go middle, automatic reaction
Offensive break is defensive break
Be in the box in transition
If the ball is thrown over the top go to him, his eyes will tell you when the ball is coming
